Are you experiencing academic pressure, isolation, questions around sexuality, conflict or separation, challenges with friendships or relationships, or other stressful situations? The Mission & Goals of the Mental Health & Wellness Center are centered around supporting you.
Foothill College’s Mental Health and Wellness Center provides free, confidential support and resources to help students manage emotional well-being, personal challenges, and academic stress. Services are available both virtually and in person, making care accessible when and where you need it. We even offer a state-of-the-art Wellness Lounge where you can decompress.
You can connect with licensed mental health professionals at the Mental Health & Wellness Center. We also offer access to Uwill, Foothill’s 24/7 virtual counseling partner. Support is available for a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, racial trauma, relationships, life transitions, and overall mental wellness.

Wellness Lounge
Our lounge offers a variety of resources and services designed to help you relax, recharge, and prioritize your mental health and wellness, including massage chairs, wellness literature, quiet and calming spaces for yoga and stretching. Find resources aimed at helping you manage your stress.
