Mission
The Owls Nest Center at Foothill College is dedicated to providing a centralized location for students, a supportive and nurturing environment, offering free resources on campus and in the community to address holistic student needs. These resources include food, housing, transportation, financial wellness, personal hygiene, and academic supplies.

UWill is a one-stop virtual platform designed to help Foothill College students access personalized basic needs support. Whether you're looking for help on campus, in your community, or through public benefit programs like CalFresh or Medi-Cal,TBH is here for you.
By creating an account and opening a case, you'll be screened for a variety of resources and connect directly with support.
You can also book 1-on-1 sessions with Sonia Sanchez or UWill Virtual Care Navigators to get help applying for aid and navigating available support.

Need Food Support? We’ve Got You!
Students can access free snacks and weekly groceries at Room 2152—no questions asked. Whether you're in need of a quick bite between classes or pantry
staples for the week, we’re here to help.
Need additional food? Our center provides Walmart grocery gift cards for eligible students.
We also offer support with CalFresh applications to help you get monthly grocery benefits if you qualify.

How We Can Help
The purpose of the Housing Insecurity Resources webpage is to provide the most up-to-date
county and community housing resources available to assist Foothill College students
who are facing homelessness or who are housing insecure.
Please note: Foothill College now provides access to a limited number of below-market rental apartments for students to share. Please go to the Foothill-De Anza student housing website for more information on how to apply.

If you're facing a financial emergency, we may be able to help. The Owls Nest can provide a limited number of one-time cash grants, up to $750, for students who are struggling with hardship or an urgent expense that may interfere with their education.

The Owls Nest connects students to essential community resources, including CalFresh
food assistance, local food banks, emergency services, and more. Whether you need
help with groceries, housing, or health care, we’re here to guide you with care and
support.

Free Health & Hygiene Supplies
The Owls Nest offers free hygiene products, menstrual supplies, and basic health care
items like aspirin, bandages, condoms, and more. Stop by Room 2152 to take what you
need—no questions asked.
