Foothill students have lots of options to help manage  mental wellbeing, for free! Explore what's available and find the tools that work best for you! Remember, our Mental Health counselors are here for you. You get up to eight free sessions per school year.

Suicide Prevention

If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, self-harm, or feel unable to stay safe, please seek help immediately. Go to the nearest emergency room or call or text 9-8-8, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 and free of charge.

Racial trauma affects mental and emotional well-being in profound ways.
