The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is Foothill College's student-run organization that oversees clubs and manages club funding & events. 

Agendas will be posted in the Public Files below, as well as physically outside the meeting room, at least 72 hours before the meeting. Minutes will be available in the Public Files below 96 hours after the meeting.

Submit Your Inter-Club Council Board Agenda Items

Agenda items must be submitted to asfc.ishav@gmail.com and asfc.alant@gmail.com before the preceeding Thursday at 12 p.m.

Agendas will be posted in the Public Files below, as well as physically outside the meeting room, at least 72 hours before the meeting. Minutes will be available in the Public Files below 96 hours after the meeting.

Please title your email “Agenda Item – Your Organization” and include the following:

  • Agenda item name.
  • Presenter name and contact information.
  • Desired ASFC meeting date.
  • Approximate length of the item.
  • A brief 10–20 word description of the item.

Inter-Club Council Board Responsibilities

To develop and recommend to the ASFC Campus Council such legislation, policies, codes, regulations, ASFC activities, and declarations as may be necessary to effectively implement, develop and coordinate ASFC activities and programs in the areas of Management, Finance, Activities, and Elections for all Foothill Clubs.

ICC Representatives are required to attend the weekly meeting in person (attending via Zoom will not count as being present, and the Rep will not be allowed to vote).  Members of the public may attend in person or virtually. 

  1. Serve as the chief executive officer of the Finance Board of Directors
  2. Assume the duties of president in the absence of the ASFC President
  3. Serve as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.
  4. Be a member of the President's Cabinet.
  5. Be an ex-officio voting member of all commissions, committees and agencies represented on the ASFC Finance Board of Directors.
  6. Assume other duties as may devolve to his/her office, or as amy be assigned to his/her office by the ASFC Campus Council or the President's Cabinet.
  • ICC Finance DirectorCLOSED
    Meets with the ASFC Accountant to oversee and manage club finances. Assists club officers in understanding their financial rights and responsibilities. Maintains records of club funding and reimbursements. Enforces deadlines and expectations for funding, reimbursements, and other financial requests.
  • ICC Outreach DirectorCLOSED
    Works with club representatives to ensure ICC forms comply with ICC and ASFC policies. Helps organize and support club events to promote successful programming and engagement.
  • ICC Secretary (non-voting and paid)CLOSED
    Takes accurate minutes at ICC meetings. Posts minutes and shares information in compliance with Board Policy and state law. Provides receptionist support for the ASFC Campus Council Office for a minimum of 14 hours per week. Regularly updates the ICC Club List Library with agendas and minutes.
  • ICC Media CoordinatorCLOSED
    Works with the Administration Board, Design Center, and clubs to design and promote online advertising for ICC and club events. Manages and updates all ICC social media accounts. Assists clubs in creating and sharing engaging social media content. Encourages student involvement through digital outreach.
  • ICC Events CoordinatorCLOSED
    Oversees and assists clubs with event logistics to ensure successful and policy-compliant events. Coordinates with ETS, Pacific Dining, and other on-campus departments for setup and support. Builds strong relationships with club leaders and promotes collaboration. Regularly attends club events and supports planning for future activities.
  • ICC Marketing Director
    Oversees all on-campus marketing for student organizations and clubs. Works with the Design Center and Administration Board to design and distribute promotional materials, including flyers and posters. Monitors club marketing posted on campus. Encourages student engagement through outreach, advertising, and promotional events.
