Agendas will be posted in the Public Files below, as well as physically outside the meeting room, at least 72 hours before the meeting. Minutes will be available in the Public Files below 96 hours after the meeting.

Senate Board Responsibilities

The VP of Senate leads Senate Board meetings, serves on the President’s Cabinet and Campus Council, and participates as an ex-officio voting member across related committees. They coordinate Senate work, distribute ASFC surveys, connect students with ASFC, and oversee the Senate “Think Tank.”

- Serve as the chair of the Senate Boarding Meeting.
- Be a member of the President's Cabinet.
- Serve as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.
- Be an ex-officio voting member of all commissions, committees and agencies, which are represented on the ASFC Activities Board of Directors.
- Make sure that talents of all senates are recognized by the means of division of labor.
- Serve as an organizer in distributing designated surveys decided on by the ASFC Campus Council.
- Be the bridge between students and ASFC.
- Coordinate the Senate Board "Think Tank".

Carries out surveys designated by the ASFC Campus Council. Serves as a bridge between students and ASFC by hosting suggestion tables and gathering student feedback. Serves as a voting member of the Senate Board and the ASFC Campus Council. Willing to serve as a student representative on at least one campuswide committee. - SSCCC Delegate — CLOSED
Serves as the Student Senate for California Community Colleges (SSCCC) Delegate. Attends and participates in Region IV meetings and social events. Represents ASFC at the Planning and Resource Council meeting. Records minutes for Senate meetings. - Specialty Program Liaison (2 positions) — CLOSED
Researches and presents service opportunities to the ASFC Campus Council. Reports on the progress and outcomes of service projects on campus. Coordinates faculty efforts and student action on Service Leadership projects. Plans at least one service mission each quarter.
