ASFC Budget and Fund Request Process
2025–2026 Budget Request ProcessThursday, January 30 at noon is the deadline to submit ASFC budget requests for the next academic year. If funds are granted, your organization will have a line item in the 2025–2026 ASFC budget booklet. The amount requested is generally for recurring costs related to campus events, programs, or services that support Foothill College students. |
Steps to Submit Your Request
The deadline to submit ASFC budget requests is Thursday, January 30, 2025 at noon.
Fill out the 2025–2026 Budget Request Form entirely.
- Email completed budget requests as attachments to both Sky Weir, VP of Finance, at
asfc.skyw@gmail.com and Isha Vyas, ASFC Secretary, at asfc.ishav@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: 2025–2026 BUDGET REQUEST – Your Organization. - Attend ASFC Finance Budget Hearings on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 2 to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 2 to 4 p.m.
- The VP of Finance will assign a 15-minute time slot for each presenter.
Check your email for updates. The Finance Board will contact you in May following approval by the Board of Trustees.
