ASFC Budget & Fund Request

2025–2026 Budget Request Process

Thursday, January 30 at noon is the deadline to submit ASFC budget requests for the next academic year. If funds are granted, your organization will have a line item in the 2025–2026 ASFC budget booklet. The amount requested is generally for recurring costs related to campus events, programs, or services that support Foothill College students.

Tips for Filling Out the Budget Request Form

1. Fill out the Fund Request Form entirely.
2. Email asfc.owenr@gmail.com AND asfc.ishav@gmail.com with the filled out form form attached. Start the subject line with FUND REQUEST - Your Organization. 
3. Attend Finance Board on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Council Chambers room 2018.
4. Remember to check your email for updates.
5. Fund Requests MUST be submitted before Thursday 12 p.m. to be considered for the Campus Council meeting that week.
6. Any fund requests submitted after Thursday 12 p.m. will be considered for the following week's Campus Council meeting.
